Chipping Norton Golf Club

Founded in 1890 and considered one of the top undiscovered golfing beauties in the surrounding area, Chipping Norton Golf Club is an ideal course for visiting golfers to drop by and be pleasantly surprised. The welcome is friendly and the green fee is very reasonable. All in all, it's the perfect course for travelling holiday golfers who are looking for something a bit different.

Chipping Norton is a pleasant downland course that's open to winds. If you happen to be playing into the wind, some of the long par fours can be quite daunting and will test your long iron play to the limits. Set high in the Cotswolds, this course drains well and is open when many of the surrounding courses are closed.

The modern clubhouse is the venue for numerous social events and includes two bars and a dining room where the resident Chef offers a wide range of snacks and meals.

No. of holes: 18
Length: 6315 yards
Par: 71
Course Type: Parkland
