Queens Park Golf Club

Queens Park Golf Club is an 18 hole former championship course. This course is one of the oldest municipal courses in the whole country. It was founded in 1906 and offers secluded fairways lined with mature pine trees.

In the past this course has hosted players of the calibre of Jacklin, Cotton and Ballesteros. The course also features the recently refurbished Woodies' Bar and Restaurant overlooking the first fairway in addition to a well stocked golf shop. Catering facilities are available at all times to members and non-members.

The fairways meander freely through many acres of lovely heathers, colourful gorse and all in a wonderful pine woodland setting. The greens are in superb condition, fast and true, providing a good challenge to even the best golfers. It is definitely living up to its reputation as one of the finest and picturesque municipal courses in the south of England.
