The booking procedure is very simple. Initially just tell us your accommodation, golf and travel arrangements and the number of people in the party and we will duly book the accommodation, golf and car hire. We will at this stage issue you with a Confirmation of Booking form, which will illustrate the details of your booking and include a request for a deposit of £100.00 per person.
The deposit should be paid within four weeks of the date of the Confirmation of Booking form, unless the holiday is to be taken within the subsequent eight weeks, in which case payment for the full break will be required. If you require our associate Travel Agent to book your flights, either a deposit or the full payment will be required before the flights can be booked. Within a week or so of the booking having been placed, the tee-times will have been confirmed and you will be issued with the "Golfing Itinerary". Ten weeks prior to departure an Invoice will be issued for the balance of the break, which should be paid six weeks prior to travel. Your travel documents will be issued two weeks prior to travel.
