Louth provides superbly maintained fairways, woven through a tapestry of gently rolling, wooded hills. Sandilands Golf Club has always been noted for its outstanding greens, dryness and facility for all-year round golf. Because it is privately owned the club ensures that visitors are given every degree of comfort on and off the course. Blankney is an excellent test of golf and, some say, one of the sternest in the Lincolnshire area. It is an open parkland course with mature trees lining some of the fairways and, thanks to its flat nature, is fairly easy walking.
Located in the attractive Lincolnshire market town of Horncastle, the Best Western Admiral Rodney Hotel is situated mid way between the Cathedral City of Lincoln and the East Coast seaside resorts.
