Golfing holidays and golf breaks in England.
Canterbury Golf Club Littlebourne Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1TW
Canterbury may be a place that's been made famous thanks to the talents of a certain Mr Chaucer, but there is another man who should be given a pat on the back for what he has given the region.
Designed by Harry Colt at the time that he designed Wentworth the course is considered to be the best inland course in the area. Canterbury is a challenging parkland course set in glorious English countryside, with some tight fairways and heavily wooded areas - keep your ball on the fairway! There are a number of tricky holes to negotiate, including some devilish little par threes.
In addition to the course there is a putting green, chipping green, practice area and nets.
No. of holes: 18
Length: 6020 yards
Par: 71
Course Type: Inland
