Chippenham Golf Course

Chippenham Golf Club was founded in 1896 and has provided the local golfing public with a variety golfing tests ever since. This course, which stretches to 5,570-yards, is of parkland variety and offers quite a different round every time you play it.
There are many subtle challenges that don't look so severe from the tee but are, indeed, fit enough to put a serious dent in your scorecard.
Chippenham, famously, is an extremely friendly club and welcomes visitors (including golf societies and company excursions) by prior arrangement.
Essentially, Chippenham is an easy walking downland course with some testing holes and undulating greens, each guarded by well-placed bunkers.
