Kirkby Lonsdale is a picturesque parkland course nestling between the quaint village of Barbon and the River Lune. With its continuous development it is now recognised as one of the top golf courses in the north west and it is certainly an enjoyable challenge to every golfer.
The greens are extremely well looked after by the dedicated greenskeepers and the fairways are luscious and verdant. Spread over 6538 yards it is a genuine test of stamina and patience, which has certainly proven popular.
Designed by Bill Squires, it offers a challenging round of golf with much to test high and low handicappers alike, so try not to be too distracted by the stunning setting it boasts.
