Stinchcombe Hill Golf Club

Stinchcombe Hill Golf Course

Dursley, Gloucestershire, GL11 6AQ

Stinchcombe Hills, situated in the glorious Gloucestershire countryside, is set on a hilltop perfectly positioned to provide magnificent views of the Cotswolds.

The course, measured at just under 6,000 yards, may be termed "short", but any scratch player who returns a net 68 can, and indeed would, be well pleased with himself. In fact the challenge of this exciting eighteen hole golf course can be appreciated from the fact that the course record still stands at 64. There can be few better places to spend an afternoon, or better still, a day, than at Stinchcombe Hill - especially with a golf club in your hand.

Gently undulating fairways add an additional interest to almost every shot you play and whatever the weather, the course challenges the lower as well as the higher handicap player. Stinchcombe Hill was rated by the late Henry Longhurst as being among the top most scenic courses in Europe.
