The Hotchkin Course at Woodhall Spa is arguably the best inland course in Britain and was in 1999 voted the 29th best golf course in the world by Golf Magazine of America. The course has it's natural beauty set amongst banks of gorse and bracken and is surrounded by Oak, Fir and Silver Birch trees. Compliment this setting with formidable bunkers, narrow fairways and a course which is always in pristine condition and you have 18 holes of golf which will not be forgotten.
Before the challenge of the Hotchkin, however, we suggest that you play the Bracken Course at Woodhall Spa and Louth Golf Course. The Bracken has only recently been opened. Although it is set alongside the Hotchkin Course, the design and terrain are quite different. Many of the holes are in a parkland setting and the fairways and greenside bunkers resemble an American style course. Louth is a well established course set in the Hubbard Hills. A fair and most enjoyable challenge, good preparation for Day 3!!
