Golf Societies Introduction.
The Golf Society organiser travels free of charge if you are organising a group of 20 or more.
For the 2008 season we are delighted to provide a dedicated service for Golf Societies arranging their annual golfing break. On the left you will find a series of example itineraries, which may be taken as they are or amended to meet any requirements that the Golf Society may have. Furthermore, if there are any areas where you would like to consider taking the break, but which are not illustrated on the web site, please let us know as we would be delighted to prepare a series of suggested itineraries for you to consider. Ultimately we want to provide you with an itinerary that meets your requirements and we are quite prepared to put the time in to ensure that this is the case.
Whether you wish to play a links, parkland or heathland course, there is the choice of all. With regards to the recommended accommodation, we always endeavour to provide a minimum three star standard and where possible a four star venue. Accommodation can always be upgraded as per your requirements but our intention within the web site is to produce prices that meet the budgets of the majority. As well as quality we also look for flexible bar opening hours, management that understand the requirements of golfing clientele and a service that is accommodating.
The service that GreatGolfHolidays provides is to firstly establish your exact requirements. We will then book your accommodation and tee-times. From the time that the booking has been placed up until the break itself, we will monitor the number in the party and advise the hotel and Golf Clubs of any changes in numbers and requirements. Approximately two weeks prior to the break, we supply you with an accommodation voucher, green fee vouchers and directions for each establishment.
Our Aims:
Firstly, we aim to ensure that our prices are competitive. There are no greedy margins or unrealistic prices - we want you to have a value for money golfing break, that you enjoy.
Secondly, we aim to ensure that the service we offer makes your role as easy as possible. What you need to do is to book the break, turn up, play golf, drink at the 19th hole and hotel bar, keep the restaurant busy and then, hopefully, return home content.
Our role is to book your accommodation, reserve tee times, administer your travel requirements, send directions on how to reach the hotel and golf clubs, send you "Golf Club Vouchers," to avoid any confusion when you reach the golf clubs and generally try to do anything that you want us to do!
We trust that you will find an itinerary that suits your requirements and if not, we'll prepare one for you!
