Currently recognised as being one of the most outstanding courses now being played at International level, Citywest Golf Club hosted the 1994 Irish Masters Championship, won by Des Smyth, and the 1996 Irish Ladies Open.
The championship course features 18 holes over 6500 yards. This course is a good test of accurate golf in a wonderful parkland setting with challenging water features. Christy Jnr reckons the 16th, 17th and 18th holes represent "one of the best finishing stretched I know."
Based on the Popular US concept, the new Executive Golf Course has already received acclaim as one of the finest courses in Ireland.
