Milnerton Golf Club

Milnerton in the north of Cape Town lies in one of the most windy parts of the Cape metropolis. Particularly from December to March, the Southeaster often blows here with gale force, because there is no mountain range to slow it down. Of course the Milnerton Golf Course, being situated on a peninsula right at the sea, is fully exposed to its power. That is what makes the course a real challenge.

The terrain is quite flat and has no trees. The view of Table Mountain, however, is breathtaking. Another attraction are the many waterbirds on the bordering lagoon. One plays nine holes out and nine holes back to the club house.

The 18-hole, 6139 meter long course, provides the discerning player with the ultimate challenge so let a true links course of championship standard be your challenge amidst the water-locked dunes of Table Bay.
