Abersoch is a superb course located on the Llyn Peninsula in Gwynedd, North Wales, and one which attracts its fair share of visitors thanks both to its location and general challenge.
Best advice is to play with one of the locals, as there are subtle tests here that will likely only be seen once they are encountered. The members may also be able to give you a helping hand in pronouncing the names of each of the holes, all of which are named, in Welsh, from local landmarks, fields or views.
There are so many highlights to mention, but the par five 11th is a particular standout that deserves your full attention. Abersoch Golf Club has recently been voted as the 5th best golf course in the UK in it's category by Today's Golfer Magazine.
