Championship Links Golf
A unique 3 day and 2 night golfing experience.
Winter Special = £165.00 per person
2011 Special = £200.00 per person
Day 1 - Southerndown Golf Club
Bracken to the left of you, bracken to the right and a fairway rising up to the sky. The maestro Henry Cotton described the first here as one of the most difficult opening holes he'd encountered. This is not surprising considering the number of experts who've had a hand in shaping Southerndown into one of the finest natural downland courses.
Day 2 - Breakfast. Machynys Golf Club
A world-class golf course in a dramatic setting, Machynys Peninsula brings the unique Nicklaus Design style to Wales for the first time. Teeing off from the first hole couldn't be more picturesque, with stunning views over Carmarthen Bay and the Gower Peninsula.
Day 3 - Breakfast. Pyle & Kenfig Golf Club
There are two loops of nine holes returning to the cosy clubhouse and the second half if regarded as the more challenging of the two with the final three holes viewed as the hardest of the lot. Each over 400 yards and with a daunting tee shot towards deeply-bunkered problems, they promise a demanding finish that helps make a visit to the more fabled links down the road an incomplete experience if you don't include Pyle & Kenfig in your itinerary.
